LA producer/DJ RL Grime shares his new track „I Wanna Know“ featuring multi-platinum, Grammy-winning artist Daya, the first single from RL Grime’s upcoming album, Nova . They also share a heartfelt lyric video directed by RL, Daya, and Dan Streit. The 19 year old star’s vocals take RL’s thunderous production into new territory. Fresh off his North American NOVA TOUR , RL will be doing a special performance at Ultra Music Festival on March 25th in Miami. More to come from him soon.

„I’ve been a big fan of Daya from the jump. We first met when I helped produce her latest single, “New”, and have been friends since. She has an incredibly unique and powerful voice so when I first made the song I knew she’d be perfect for it. I sent her the demo, we met up the next day, and she knocked it out the park.” – RL GRIME

Monolink – Swallow – out 30.März
Debütalbum „Amniotic“ – out 20.April

‘Goodbye To All I Know’

Release Date: 2nd March 2018

Label: Embassy Of Music / Warner / Zebralution

WhoMadeWho are that rare thing, a band with their own sound. And their latest longplayer ‘Through the Walls’ adds yet more fuel to the restless, fluctuating bonfire. It sounds as if they won’t cool off or settle down anytime soon and their new single ‘Goodbye To All I Know’ demonstrates that in remarkable fashion. Recorded as one of the last songs for the album in September 2017 and the track is actually based on a demo for the solo project of singer Tomas Høffding but “ended up being a perfect choice for the song”. ‘Goodbye To All I Know’ was produced in an analogue way with a lot of different synths and real time knob turning. “And then we added more analogness when we teamed up with Simon Littauer who fired up he’s big ass modular setup for some great ambient additions” adds Høffding.

Mit „Over You“ veröffentlicht Oceana ihre brandneue Single und damit einen ersten Vorboten ihres dritten Albums „Can’t Stop Thinking About You“, das am 26. Januar erscheint.

Moby has released a new single and video for “Like a Motherless Child,” from his forthcoming album Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt. Featuring LA-based soulstress Raquel Rodriguez, “Like a Motherless Child” is a re-work of the well-known spiritual, with its origins in the slavery of the American South. The track describes the void left when one feels separated from a parent, higher power or similar guiding force. Over the years this powerful song has been reinterpreted by the likes of Odetta, Lena Horne, Mahalia Jackson and Van Morrison.

The album will be released on March 2, 2018 via Little Idiot.

Watch the video here.

The album is a glowing tapestry exploring spirituality, individuality and the brokenness of humanity and finds him returning to his orchestral, soul, trip-hop and gospel roots.

Moby has curated a playlist of artists that influenced the recording of Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt. This playlist, on Spotify and YouTube, will also be the first place fans can hear new Moby music. Listen and subscribe here.

WhoMadeWho are considered to be one of the best live bands around. The sold-out concerts of the three-piece from Copenhagen spell fireworks and good vibes, and bring together a bunch of people with wildly divergent musical tastes – for Tomas Barfod, Jeppe Kjellberg and Tomas Høffding oscillate between Disco, Funk, Techno, Indie-Rock and Pop, and are successful on stage above all because they integrate all these genres in their productions.

Same applies for their latest single “Dynasty.” Here, the band takes on an issue of huge concern to everyone: Sex. Nothing heavy-handed, mind, but an acute observation of our contemporary lifestyles in the digital age, an age that only appears to make our sex lives easier, but is actually a minefield. “Thanks to SoMe, Tinder, and Co. it’s easier than ever now to be intimate with one another. And yet it seems we are all having less sex than ever before,” says the band in reference to the idea behind “Dynasty.” The constant pressure built up by social media is making people fall apart. Here a diet, there the absolute necessity to adapt one’s personal look to the influencers’ style guides, plus the nagging need to make even bigger leaps on the career ladder. And before you know it, there’s no time or energy left for the really important things in life. “Also, teenagers are possibly being pushed into thinking about sex much too early, and in the wrong way. Or we’re all setting ourselves the goal of a perfect life while still hankering after sweaty, dirty sex—and the two are not always compatible.”

Whatever the explanation, WhoMadeWho racked their brains for a way to achieve one thing in particular with “Dynasty: ”Inspire their listeners to have more sex.” And this is why the spot-on lyrics are now set to eroticizing Electropop that will have you circling your hips in no time, and will electrify the clubs with serious sexy ambience at the next WhoMadeWho live concerts. At which point the band will take no further responsibility for whatever goes down…

“Dynasty” is the second single taken from WhoMadeWho’s forthcoming seventh studio album “Through The Walls” which will be released on 19.01.2018.

The track “Dynasty” will be released at the same time as the pre-order start for the album on 03.11.2017.

The associated remix-bundle featuring high-profile mixes from Roosevelt, Denis Horvat & Jimi Jules will follow on 17.11.2017.
