Das Live-Electronica-Duo KIDSØ (Moritz Grassinger und Martin Schneider) verbindet süddeutsche Gelassenheit mit skandinavischem Lebensgefühl. Inspiriert werden sie vor allem durch “4K-Videos von nordischen Landschaften”, so verrät es die Band jüngst im Interview mit FAZEMag.
In ihrer neuen Single „Fragments“wird so erneut die Stärke von KIDSØ deutlich, atmosphärische und stimmungsvolle Beats mit natürlichen Elementen und eingängigen Melodien zu paaren. Elektronische Drums und Synthies werden durch organische Vocal-Samples und funkige Basslines abgerundet. Der Track baut sich langsam auf und nimmt den Hörer mit auf eine viereinhalb-minütige Reise – dem sich noch einmal aufbäumenden Sommerende entgegen.
KIDSØ befinden sich aktuell außerdem selbst auf Reisen (Europa Tour) mit Stopps in Berlin (13.9.), Köln (19.9.) und Marburg (20.9.). KIDSØ ist ein Electronica-Duo aus dem süddeutschen Raum bestehend aus Moritz Grassinger und Martin Schneider. Seit ihrer Gründung 2017 in München liefert die Band eine einzigartige Mischung aus rhythmischer, melodischer und experimenteller elektronischer Musik mit einem Hauch des Nordens. 2018 etablierte sich KIDSØ mit “Apart”, das von der Kritik hoch gelobt wurde, als einer der aufregendsten neuen Acts ihres Genres.
